Doug Dwyer President and CSO

Doug Dwyer, is president and CSO of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. Since 1997, he has guided the franchise to serve as the leader in the kitchen and bath remodeling industry. With approximately 105 independently owned and operated franchises nationwide, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has been in more than 2 million homes.

Lenny Wortham Vice President of Technical and Training

Lenny Wortham is vice president of technical and training for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. Since 1988, he has been responsible for developing vendor programs for remodeling products, such as cabinets and faucets, and for managing and directing all technical training, including refacing, tub liners and refinishing.

Amy Brown serves as director of marketing for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen.  In her role as director of marketing, she has been responsible for developing national marketing programs, as well as initiatives for franchisees to implement in their local markets.

Joel Worthington is vice president of franchise recruiting for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. He is responsible for the implementation and oversight of DreamMaker’s franchising sales, strategic planning and development.

Jimmy Bartlett serves as the vice president of franchise systems management for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the franchise systems management which includes special projects, franchisee training as well as the management of franchisee/franchisor relationship.
